Details: Do you feel anxious all the time? Do you struggle with uncertain situations? Does your worry feel out of control?
If this sounds like you then maybe you have Generalised Anxiety Disorder. Without treatment, this form of anxiety rarely reduces on its own.
Would you like to be free from your Anxiety? What if you can achieve this in as little as a few weeks.
This book aims to get you into recovery in just a few weeks without the need for expensive therapy or medication. By the end you will have a good understanding of what is maintaining your anxiety and how to use quick and effective psychological strategies you can use to get better.
This book is specifically designed using the best practices and most up to date techniques stemming from the United Kingdomโs bold new approach to increasing access to psychological therapies using low-intensity CBT to support hundreds of thousands of people with their mental health.
About the Author:
Interests:
I have a keen interest in providing quality therapy which has been clinically proven to work. I have written multiple books for both patients and therapists. I am passionate about reaching out to those who do not have access to therapy, or feel they are not able to reach out for support. I hope this book allows you to achieve good mental well-being at the pace that suits you, all in the comfort of your own home.
Experience:
I have years of experience working in the United Kingdom's National Health Service (NHS) as a type of therapist known as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, and then moved up to becoming a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, overseeing the training, supervision, and development of other therapists. Within this time, I have assessed and treated thousands of patients with common mental health conditions using the same strategies taught in this book and supported other therapists to do the same.
Qualifications:
I gained my Bachelor of Science (with honours) in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology, and a Master of Science (with honours) in Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge (UK).
Following this I trained as a therapist with a Postgraduate Degree as a Psychological Well-Being Practitioner (PGCert) from the University of Essex and am currently working on an 2nd Postgraduate as a CBT therapist (PGCert) from the University of East Anglia.

Why This Workbook Is Different
Most advice tells you to simply โlet it go.โ But guilt rarely disappears because someone tells you to stop thinking about it.
This workbook helps you understand what happened, what was your responsibility, what can still be repaired, what must be accepted, and how to move forward without denying the past.
What You'll Receive
You Cannot Change The Past.
But you can change your relationship with it. The 7-Day Guilt Reset Workbook provides a practical framework to help you understand guilt and move forward.
